Yvette Walker, Executive Producer & Host
Yvette Walker is a Spanish bilingual, Southern California native, founder and owner ABC News Affiliate - Southern California Business Report, a program dedicated to highlighting successful businesses and the people behind them in Southern California and beyond and of Premier Marketing & Public Relations, a full-service, digital media and traditional media marketing and public relations firm with over 20 years of experience in Communications and Marketing, product development, branding & local and international marketing. Yvette is host for IE Latino Voices a program produced by KVCR Public Media and is funded by generous support from the CIELO fund at IECF, uplifting and investing in the IE’s Latino community.
An active member of the community, Yvette has served the City of Upland as Chair of the Community Development Block Grant Committee from 2012-’16, is a past Planning Commissioner for the City of Upland, CA. (2016-’20) and has been involved with multiple high profile non-profit organizations for the benefit of the region.
In addition to her civic contributions, she has spearheaded and Chaired regional Health Summits which have been conducted at Riverside University Health Systems (2016) and San Antonio Regional Hospital (2017 &’18) as well as a regional Educational Summit and internationally acclaimed and certified, Community Leadership Program, first conducted at the University of Redlands and most recently conducted at the University of La Verne (2016-present) and has proudly served as a Girl Scout Greater Los Angeles, Gold Award Advisor co-leader for troop #12254 (2009-2020).
In her personal time, Yvette enjoys traveling and is pursuing a family goal of visiting all 50 states.
